Kathy, the high voice in YazooZazz, has had a long-standing love of jazz and vocal harmonies. She joined YazooZazz in 2013 and fulfilled a longstanding dream to sing the music of the great jazz trios. She is also a choir director at her church in Ashburn, Virginia, and a member of the Master Singers of Virginia a cappella vocal ensemble.  "So happy to bring this music to our audiences. The Boswell Sisters, in particular, have been very overlooked. They were genius! And now I hope that our audiences will fall in love with their music as we have."

Jeanine, the middle voice in YazooZazz (AND our violinist), was inspired early on by her violinist/singer father and his life-long passion for music. Today, she too is a versatile singer and violinist whose musical interests range from classical to jazz.  In 2013, Jeanine joined YazooZazz, and now loves nothing more than spreading the musical joy of the Boswell Sisters with her trio “sisters.”  When she’s not harmonizing with the sisters, she can also be found singing classic French songs and playing violin with gypsy jazz groups around town.

Robin, the low voice in YazooZazz, is one of the original YazooZazz members. Besides finding joy in singing the music of the "sister acts" (the Boswell Sisters are a particular favorite!), Robin is happy as a clam fishing at her lake house in Virginia and spoiling her two labradoodles, Annie and Ozzie.
